My interest in AI started with curiosity and quickly developed into a focus on practical business applications. I saw how powerful these tools could be, but also how overwhelming they often felt to people who were just getting started.

That is why I created MysticMindAI. My goal is to make AI easier to understand and more useful for businesses that may not have enterprise-level budgets or dedicated technology teams.

I bring an MBA from Cleveland State University, IBM training in Generative AI and Prompt Engineering, and Python training through the University of Michigan.

My professional background includes digital marketing experience at Ansira and AI-driven workflow development at CrossCountry Mortgage. This combination helps me connect AI strategy with the realities of everyday business operations.
