I bring an MBA from Cleveland State University along with certifications from IBM in Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, and AI Essentials, plus Python training from the University of Michigan.

Professionally, I have led digital marketing initiatives at Ansira and now design AI driven workflows at CrossCountry Mortgage using Claude Co Work.
